Animation is playing a very important role in many different industries today. 3D animation is being used in Hollywood to enhance and increase the "believability" factor of its movies. Animation is also being used in sales and marketing, industrial visualization, architecture, training, safety issues, healthcare, and much more. There isn't an industry out there that has not benefited from the capabilities that 3D animation has brought. Below are different samples of animation used in different industries. I have been creating 3D animation for many different industries since 1994. My primary animation tool has been 3D Studio MAX because of its power and flexibility. I've loyal to this product since it was a DOS-based 2D animation package from Autodesk.
